Overview
Memory Pets is a casual memory game. We keep data collection minimal. This policy describes the app on Google Play published by Arcane Dream Lab.

What we collect
- Diagnostics: crash logs and basic error events (Firebase Crashlytics) to fix bugs
- App interactions: basic usage events to understand stability
- Advertising ID: used for non-personalized ads (Google AdMob), fraud prevention, and aggregate reporting — not for selling your identity
- Google Play Games / sign-in (if you use it): handled by Google under its policies
- Account data, if you sign in with Google: your account identifier and email address, the username and avatar you choose, your game progress and coin balance, records of in-app purchases, and a notification token if you enable notifications
- Friends and invitations, if you use those features: which players you are connected with, and the game invitations sent between you
The username and avatar you choose are visible to players you are matched with or connected with as friends, and your username can appear in in-game leaderboards. Choose a username you are comfortable sharing.
Messages in the game's inbox are sent by us. Players cannot write free text to each other, and we do not collect user-generated posts in Memory Pets.
What we do not do
- No sale of personal data
- No precise location tracking for ads
- No public feed, comments, or chat between players

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can reset or limit the Advertising ID and ad personalization in Android settings. If personalized ads are ever enabled where consent is required, we will ask first.
Children
The game is suitable for a wide audience. We show non-personalized ads and do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Account data is stored in Google Firebase on our behalf and is kept while your account exists.
Deleting your account and your data
You can delete your account from inside the game: open Settings and tap Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, username, coins, unlocked items, game progress, friend connections and invitations, inbox messages, leaderboard entries and notification token, and closes your sign-in. It cannot be undone.
You can also request deletion without installing the app. Email arcanedreamlab@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject Delete my Memory Pets account. We will confirm and delete the account within 30 days.
What we keep afterwards, and why
We keep records of in-app purchases and coin transactions after an account is deleted. We are required to retain purchase records for accounting, and they are the only way a refund or a billing dispute can still be resolved after the account is gone. These records are tied to an internal account identifier, not to your email address.
We also keep a one-way hash of your email address together with the deletion date, so that we can confirm an account existed if you contact us later about a payment. The address itself is not kept, and the hash is not used for advertising, profiling, or contacting you.
Payment records also exist in your Google Play account, which is where purchases are processed. Those are held by Google under its own policies and are not affected by deleting your game account.
